Revised CCR and ByLaws validated. Annual HOA meeting upcoming October 4, 4:00 p.m.

The Board of Directors has worked diligently for the past two years to update the CCRs and Bylaws for the Association. We are pleased to let you know that the revisions have passed by a 2/3 majority of the homeowners as required by the CCRs. We had 29 units vote in favor of the revisions, 7 vote against, 1 abstain, and no response from 6 units, despite repeated attempts to engage them in the process. The approved Revised and Amended CCR is being filed with the county. A copy of the County-stamped documents will be sent to you for your records, and published in a password-protected area of the HOA website. The Board would like to thank all homeowners who gave suggestions and input on the proposed revisions. We are excited we can now communicate officially using technology, and that our insurance coverage is defined and detailed in the CCR to protect the HOA and homeowners.

We are looking forward to the upcoming Annual Homeowners Meeting on October 4. Please respond to the email sent to you by Bill Cutting on August 11, 2019 and let us know if you will be attending in person or through video or phone links. It is important this be done no later than October 1. Your participation is vital to maintaining an effective HOA.
